What Braelinn Nails offers
Braelinn Nails is listed as a nail salon, with beauty salon as a secondary category. Reviewers name manicures, pedicures and SNS with tips. One customer brought an inspiration picture for a custom design.
The reviews point to a mix of clients: a first-time nail customer, an adult returning for pedicures, and a parent who brought two daughters for manicures and pedicures.
What customers say about Braelinn Nails
Of the five review excerpts, two give 5 stars, one gives 3 stars and two give 1 star. One review from 10 months ago, from a first-time client, describes being seated immediately as a walk-in, getting a design that matched the inspiration photo, and being asked at each step whether the result was as wanted. A review from 2 years ago says two daughters liked their manicures and pedicures and appreciated the attention to detail, compared with places that rush.
The critical reviews are specific. A 1-star review from 2 years ago says the requested design could not be done, that lines were uneven and polish landed on the skin, with the nail shape the only good point. A 1-star review from 5 months ago describes a rude manner on the phone when booking a pedicure, and being left waiting for polish to dry without being told the service was finished. A 3-star review from a year ago says the salon gets busy and the quality is not the best in the city, though it does what the reviewer needs. An update from September 2025 describes a later pedicure favorably.

first time getting my nails done. walked in and we got seated immediately. i showed them my inspo picture and they did my nails exactly. i got sns with tips that only cost $55. they all were so sweet. and i really like how when he would do something to my nails we always asked if that was how i wanted it. great experience. definitely will come again.

I went here regardless of the bad reviews to give them a chance, don’t make the same mistake as me. First of all they were unable to do the design i wanted. I kept telling the person doing my nails the issues I had of not even lines and bumps in the design and polish on my skin but they didn’t seem to care much. Shape is good, 1 star given for shape. But design was very disappointing and wouldn’t listen or fix my issues. You don’t wanna spend $50-$60 on your nails to not be good. These were nails for my one year wedding anniversary and sucks to say I’m unhappy.

This morning I made an appointment for pedicare, the guy that answer the phone was kind of rude, but beside that I didn't like the service. I didnt received the costumer service that I was expecting! I had to ask if I was ready to go, otherwise God knows how long I was just sitting there, waiting for the nail polish to get dry. The guy went on to next customer never said a word to me. I had to release myself from their slipers and get going. I will not recommend such a place. Not customer service oriented.

I’ve never had a bad experience with service. They do get busy sometimes and they get to me as quickly as they can. I wouldn’t say the quality is the best in the city but they do exactly what I need. My pedicure was about $30 and I’m satisfied. Not the best pedicure I’ve ever had but it’s way nicer than if I would’ve done it myself. Update as of September 2025, had another pedicure. Great experience and came out beautiful.

Brought my daughters here for manicures and Pedicures. They both stated they really like the service received and appreciated the attention to detail given. They said they have been to other places where they rush through the service and they end of up with a subpar nail experience.
